Booking Conditions:
Your
room at Fairways Guest House Newquay, will be ready for occupation by 4pm on the day of your arrival, our usual check in times are between 4pm and 7pm, however should you require a different check in time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. As rooms have to be cleaned ready for our next guests we would be grateful if you will vacate your room by 10am on the day of your departure.
Paying for your Holiday
A deposit equal to your first nights stay is required on reservation, balance to be paid in full on arrival. Payment of your balance may be made by cash on arrival or cheque if received two weeks prior to your stay. If paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to "Fairways" and post it no later than two weeks before your stay to allow for clearance.
Cancellation Policy:
We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance as deposits are non-refundable.
Group Bookings:
A £45 cash bond per person is required on arrival as a deposit against any damage, loss of keys and unacceptable behaviour, subject to good behaviour the bond is refundable on departure. Each room will be checked prior to your departure. We want you to enjoy your stay and are sure that you will respect our premises. We feel there will be very few occasions where deposit retention will be required.
Client Responsibility:
Guests are expected to behave properly and in such a manner as to cause no annoyance or distress to other guests or our neighbours. Guests who are unwilling or unable to comply, at our sole discretion, will be asked to leave the premises. No refund of any monies will be given.
